- Striped rib-knit baseball collar. Snapped placket. Long sleeves with striped rib-knit cuffs. Two front waist angled welt pockets. Striped rib-knit hem. Fully lined.
- Chenille P-wing patch on the right chest. Chenille "RL" patches on the left chest. Chenille "Polo NY" and athletic club torch patches on the back with "Division 3 National Champs '67-'68" embroidery.
