Product Care

• Exposed wood surfaces should be dusted weekly using a clean, damp cotton cloth.
• We recommend polishing wood monthly using high-quality non-silicone wax. Allow polish to dry completely before replacing any objects on the surface. Avoid use of silicone furniture sprays.
• Polish or dust in a motion that follows the grain of the wood to avoid scratching the surface.
• Glasses, cups or hot objects should not be placed directly on the surface. Use a coaster, trivet or placemat where possible. Ensure that any spills are wiped away immediately with a soft, clean cloth.
• Avoid placing fine wood furnishings near radiators, vents or fireplaces or in direct sunlight, as this may create fine lines on surfaces and cause veneers to fade.
• Dust stone with a soft, clean cloth. A solution of neutral cleaner, stone soap or mild liquid dishwashing detergent and warm water may be used on stone. Ensure all soap residue is rinsed off afterwards.
• Do not use cleaning products that contain lemon, vinegar, acids or bleach on marble or limestone. Avoid use of scouring powders or creams, as these abrasives will scratch the surface.
