Cotton yarns are ring-spun and rope-dyed to achieve Double RL's deepest indigo shade with an authentic red-blue cast. Right-hand twill is custom-developed to create a "grin-through" effect in which the lighter-hued weft yarns are visible on the face of the cloth.
