To ensure yours ages beautifully, here are some ways to care for your bag.
How to maintain its appearance:
- Do not overload. Try not to place too many items inside, and refrain from letting the bag hang for a long time, especially with heavy objects inside.
- Avoid moisture and excessive heat. Water and sun, or other direct sources of heat, can damage the bag.
- Avoid contact with perfume, cosmetics, and other chemicals. These can alter the bag's appearance.
- Avoid contact with oil, acid, alkali, or other corrosive substances. These can shorten the lifespan of the bag.
How to clean it:
- Use a smooth, clean, soft towel for daily cleaning. If the product inadvertently encounters water, use a clean, soft towel to dry it carefully, then hang it in a cool place to dry naturally.
- Seek professional care for your product. A suede or leather specialist, whichever is appropriate for your bag, can help.
- Avoid cleaning products containing chemical ingredients. These may change the surface of metal accessories.
How to store it:
- Return it to the original packaging, and gently stuff it with tissue paper, when it's not in use.
- Keep it in a dry, cool place.
- Carefully protect metal accessories. Moisture or high salinity content can cause corrosion.
- If the bag is stained with large stains or oils, it cannot be cleaned. It is crucial to strictly follow the care instructions to ensure effective cleaning.
